I was trying to order macchiato and a small cup of whip cream for my doggie. She claims they discontinued selling whip cream. I told her to charge I’m not asking for free one. Idk why you can’t sell it even tho it’s on your menu.

Half of the time, there are no donuts available, but their customer service is embarrassing. Seriously, EMBARRASSING AND TERRIBLE, came here at 4:18, seven corner location just in case, so you know who's at the counter and need to be retraining on how to greet customer and some manner as well. Never back agian.Food: 3/5

Not stocked well at all. Poorly trained staff. No actual presence from supervisor or manager. It’s not well ran at all. Probably had the most negative experience as a customer here and never coming back.Food: 1/5

Waited for almost 15min to receive an Bagel. While the store looked like this. New management is needed asap.Recommended dishes

There was plenty of staff, but not enough food or even donuts. Very friendly staff and the order was timely, but very disappointing that a donut shop had no donuts or bagels by noon.

It was good. Clean business. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful.  My food was to go and was good

My husband came here and ordered two breakfast sandwiches with no cheese. After going back to the car and realizing the sandwiches were covered in cheese he went back in to ask for new sandwiches. Somehow the cashier took great offense to this and ultimately threatened my husband and called him “the N word” while the manager and another staff person stood by and did nothing. We filed a complaint with corporate. We’re 4 days out from the incident and no response. UPDATE: Corporate was no help as they punted the matter to the franchisee district manager. The DM did call and “researched” the incident and claims that the employees present denied the racial slur was said. So either she’s lying or the employees are lying. Concerning that there are more than one reviews citing racism and no one is taking action.

Can't beat Dunkin.  But they were out of one pound bags of regular ground coffee.Food: 4/5

Apparently less ice means down to bottom level of the cup. And also asked for cold foam on top. This is what i got.Food: 1/5

Sunday June 26 12:35 pm. I was told they are not making food. There was no backlog of orders. Just like 2 other times they said no food. Only drinks. If you cannot handle the volume then hire more people. If the management is unqualified then work elsewhere. Very unprofessional. No wonder the rating is 3.5. If they do not want to work they stop making food. LOL. Sat Sept 10: for the second time my bagel was old, soggy and hard to chew. Like chewing on leather. Other Dunkin donuts have fresh bagels that are soft and crisp after toasting. Still understaffed and old food.
