My cup had a slow leak that I noticed while it was on the pickup shelf, but this store is the only one in this area that does my mobile order right the first time and has it on-time, so it evens out in my opinion and I didn't call it out. This location is well-lit, pretty well-staffed by comparison to the one around the corner, and the staff are nicer. They have a drive-thru too if that's your thing.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with an EXTRA sausage and I still only received 1 Patty instead of the 2 that I paid for. Last week I got a coffee and asked for oatmilk, I got almond milk, which did not taste as good as I was expecting oatmilk. The service is good and I order ahead, however I expect my order to be what I purchased. Please make it right
I came to the drive thru, asked for “one second please, sorry” so i could double check what i wanted on the menu screen. and was answered with “ill give you more than a second.” And because i wanted a coffee i decided to just wait, sat there about 40 minutes, said hello a couple times, lights all on, window was open. Completely ignored. Drove up to the window slow-ish. Staff were nowhere to be seen. Absoluteeeeely zero stars for me.
I drove up to the drive through to where you make your order, sat there about 30 minutes. The screen was black so after 30 minutes we drove up and waited 10 minutes before got the managers attention. He would not listen just yelled loudly at us. We have been a regular but we will never come to this dunkin donuts again
The manager in this place is awful. We sat at the drive-thru for quite a while and one of the screens were off so we thought maybe the drive-thru was down. So we drove up to the window and we sat there for a good while. He knew we were somebody who came to the drive up and didn't wait to put an order in. So he literally kept ignoring us until we said hello. He literally left customers sitting behind us for a while just to try to ignore us until we left. Then when we did confront him. He insisted it's against the rules and we needed to go around the loop again. Which isn't just a quick easy around. We were sent into a high traffic area where we could get in an accident trying to come back. You have to go through a roundabout and it's a big deal to come back. We absolutely did come back so we could get the address to make sure we made a complaint on the right Dunkin' donuts. We will also be calling to complain to corporate since it's the manager and he's not going to take a complaint against himself. We live in Arlington and come out of our way to come here all the time because we love the coffee and we love the other employees there. This guy treated us this way because we had a mask on. I will never forget sitting there clearly being ignored. What a cruel man I'm so sorry for the employees who have to work under this guy. I could hear him treating the employees not very well either. I certainly hope you replace him.
I want to say a huuuge THANK YOU to Sharon and her team at this location. I needed a large order of six boxes of coffee and 10 dozen donuts. No issues at all. Everything was packaged neatly and ready for pick up as planned. It went so well, that I had to call and order six more boxes of coffee on short notice, and without hesitation, they said yes. Amazing! Thank you! You made 140 college students VERY HAPPY on their last day of class before the Thanksgiving break.
This is a very busy, drive through location. Dunkin Donuts is still my favorite stop for coffee, and breakfast sandwhiches.Food: 5/5
Ridiculously poor service. 19 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Had to make four corrections for them to get the order right. As they had lost the slip I had to hand them my phone to read my order from the app. While waiting I saw how staff recycled a "no whipped cream" order by scooping the whipped cream away and serving it anyway. No sight of a manager to talk to.
It says 24 hours on Google search or open at midnight at 12 am, anyhow went there many times at about 1-2 am and never is open. Or should I say, the employees are there, but the coffee machine is not working, or they do not have this or do not have that !!!!!! Bottom line is never got served - and to top it off, the attitude of employees - yes I get it I wake you up ;-
It's Dunkin so what can you say. Well it comes down to the people that works there. Since we stayed at the hotel next door, I've visited this many times. First time was great with an older gentleman working there who was friendly and great. Next day, a younger guy was not so great. If the owner is reading this, train your personel to be better. Customer service can keep or drive customers away. There is another Dunkin across the street and I would go to that one if I see the younger guy working because of not so good service. Multiply this many times over with other people and you are losing business.
