The coffee and donut were fine. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The place has poor curb appeal, unfortunately, and the tables were not very clean. The employees' attitudes made up for the atmosphere faults.Food: 5/5
CHK 8455 6/6/2023 9:46 am. The way your front desk employee Octavien in the receipt treated me is beyond unacceptable. I politely requested suggestion regarding my coffee and got a "figure it out" as response with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my many years experience in the food industry. What followed was even worse. I even felt discriminated against. If she does not like her job, that's ok, but customers come for a pleasant experience, not to be treated s poorly. Someone who's that rude should not be in that position. I went back requesting the manager and according to her, they were not in the building. Michael, on the other hand, delivers great service. I need a refund.

As I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale and was close to my hotel I had to get my Dunkin fix. I passed this location and was excited to turn around as I am one of those people who runs on Dunkin… Upon walking in, the young lady at the register greeted me with a huge “Welcome to Dunkin” and amazing smile. Upon placing my order I stepped to the side to wait for my items. The store was very clean and the staff working with the food had gloves on. The team worked together as everyone was responsible for something which allowed for a smooth transition from order to delivery. Moments later my order was ready and I was out the door. I’m excited to say that this location did not fail me when it came to my Dunkin fix. The coffee was made to my order and taste bud perfection and the chicken croissant was spot on at the right temperature and not thrown together. Based on this experience I will be here every day that I am in town. LoL!!!
Horrible customer service . Janay which is the Name of the lady who took my order had the worse attitude. Everytime I asked her for something she rolled her eyes at me . I asked for a vanilla coffee , she rolled her eyes and asked me what size . I asked for a box of mix donuts. She rolled her eyes and asked me how many . Then she got upset cause I wanted to pick the donuts I wanted . She was soooo rude . She spoke to coworkers with attitude. She should be working in the back honestly .
This location seems to be a little understaffed at times or has staff that is fairly new and unfamiliar with orders. The lines can get quite long and there is no drive through however the only reason I give it 5 stars is because of who I believe to be the store manager he is always there when I go which is quite often young black male usually at the register. He is always so helpful to the other employees especially when you can tell they lack training, he is patient and gives them direction without being insulting or impatient being that he handles the bulk of he workload. He is always a step ahead and so courteous and ready to help and get your order correct and as fast as he is able too. This location is VERY lucky to have him otherwise the service would not be the same! The rest of the staff does not seem as motivated they're there for a job but they get it done. Wish I knew his name but 10/10 service from him every time!
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever experienced. From the look of it outside, no wonder why they don’t have anything to sale and it’s only 1 employee working. I thought it was weird to come to an Empty Dunkin and thought they were closed. I took a chance on opening the door and saw a lady working. I told her oh I thought you were closed. She was very nonchalant, no good customer service and literally nothing to offer but regular coffee . This place is a joke, I’m so frustrated because all I wanted was a latte and a donut and they didn’t have NEITHER!! How does Dunkin’ Donuts not have Donuts?!
Horrible location! First, we waited a few minutes. Not an employee in sight! Another customer walks in and left because no one came. Then, we had to shout hello to the kitchen area a few times to get someone to come. Here comes what seems to be the only employee on his phone and air pods on with no apology. Afterwards, he immediately says we only have coffee and donuts today, nothing else before I could order. In other words, no options for anything else so I left. I feel really sorry for the owner of this location. No wonder it’s always a ghost town. Not returning.
Good service but when I ordered two egg and cheese wraps both of them had burnt cheese
There were two workers there but only one girl working. Service was EXTREMELY slow and they didn't seem to care that they were very slow and ignoring the customers. I can more than 45minutes before closing so I understand winding down but there was no hot coffee or iced coffee. I ordered a cold brew and was given a watery iced coffee with coffee grinds in it and was gross.
