I left home early this morning to come to Dunkin and make an order for my fellow employees at work. However, no one is answering the phones and the doors are locked. Drive-through is the only option however, there are about 10 cars in the line. I did not want to drop such a large order in the drive-through line, so I’m going to pass on doing business here this morning With no coffee for my coworkers.
Been coming here for years getting snacking bacon and iced lattes. Until recently the bacon was good, now it's cold and not spicy at all. New girl?? Y'all need to do a better job of training....last trip this morning. Ewwww........Only good DD now is the one near Oak Grove, of the Towers and Electric Road DD's. DOWN HILL BIG TIME. Losing customers left and righ! Yuk!!! Save your money!!!
No joke I may be in love w the staff here. Everyone is really sweet and extremely helpful. I get the same thing every day and they practically have it ready when I walk through the door. They also make a banging latte. I love this place.Food: 5/5
Food took 15 minutes for us to get, they has forgotten our drinks and there was a huge live roach on the floor in front of the pick up counterService: 3/5
The employees there are rude. I can't believe these little idiots think that it's ok to play there little power trip games. It's a place of business. These dummies don't own it. They look at sideways when you sit down to eat. They look at you with irritated looks when you approach the counter. They pretend to not see you. Then act surprised and bothered when you say, excuse me, can some one help me. And they make you feel bad for going to the place to spent your money. Major power trips, Pee brains
Consistently inconsistent, the coffee and the service is either average or not very good. Today I got the worst vanilla latte I've ever had from any DD. Not the first time I have been disappointed there, but it will be the last. McDonald's is just down the street.Food: 3/5
The coffees are always great, but man the service is lacking. What’s the point of placing a mobile order for pickup in store 20 minutes before you arrive AND having a mobile pickup counter if they don’t make it until you either A wait in line could’ve just placed my order there I guess or B stand next to mobile pickup for 10 minutes until an employee recognizes you’re just waiting. Maybe it’s a corporate policy, not to make the food or drinks until the customer arrives, in which case I feel for the employees because they are for sure catching customer complaints for it. If it’s not corporate policy, then maybe more training and/or staffing is needed. 10/10 quality on the product at least!
Ordered a drink, went to pay and noticed it was wrong. I was told they can change it for me this time but to make sure I tell them what I want before paying. I did, you just didn’t do your job and listen. You’re horrible at customer service. Quit your job.Food: 1/5
Ordered a coffee. When handing it to me i told the gentleman that did not look right because it had sugar in the bottom, and he said if I stirred up there's still sugar with an attitide. I then told him I didn't want any sugar in it, that is not what I ordered and he told me that I didn't need to get an attitude- while he's telling me to stir up a drink that I did not order that I paid for. Excuse me?
I waited 24 minutes, behind 6 vehicles...then when I got my order, it was burnt! The wait is like this in the 7am hour other times that I have been here and was able to drive away before ordering a couple times. Later in the morning it's less busy and my order was good.
