I will give them one star because I cannot give them less. Customer service is horrible, employees have a nasty attitude, where they do not even acknowledge the customers. This brand is well known for delicious, great tasting doughnuts, these do not even get closed to it. You can see, feel and taste that these are early morning product. I asked one of the employees if they were making a fresh batch and he said NO. I will not be coming back to this place, nor do I recommend it.

I usually brew Dunkin Donuts coffee at home. I'm a big fan of their hazelnut  and chocolate coffee. This was my first time visiting so I didn't know what to expect or order. I decided to try a coffee with a mocha swirl. It wasn't very sweet but good. It was just right for me. I also ordered the sugar donut [was fresh]. It was okay but I am biased and do prefer Ms. Donut in Montebello. This location is COVID-19 compliant. Wear a face mask. Takeout only. Small venue located downstairs to the subway. Convenient especially while traveling through. You can place mobile orders. They have a breakfast menu. The staff is super friendly. Also, please note that the lighting inside the venue is motion detected so don't be alarmed if the lights turn off while you are there. The lights turned off while the server was processing my order.

I was looking for a healthy, cheap but good breakfast and found it here  Chicken wrap, Avocado toast and matcha latte for $15. Few tables to sit. Tbh the sitting area is not the most beautiful/cozy one and music a bit too loud but still all good. If they'd change that, i guess people wouldn't leave ; Happy NYE!Food: 5/5

Messed up my order twice and we’re ride about it. No we’re sorry we missed something just well you have to pay more and I wasted 20 mins of your time and I got your coffee wrong lol.Food: 4/5

My order has been incorrect on multiple occasions at this location only. I order Dunkin frequently at many locations and never have I experienced continuous issues over and over. I ordered 2 donuts,  one glazed and one chocolate glazed and they gave 2 chocolate glazed as seen in photo. Last week,  they gave me a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it looked like a cup of milk as seen in picture. I went this morning and explained the issue and the explanation was that I asked for less ice so they top off with milk. I also asked why it didn't have whipped cream or other toppings, his reply was that they don't add these toppings to mobile orders because they assume people don't want it. I would assume people want the drink as advertised. Right after this explanation,  I still received my order without whipped cream/other toppings and it was still very light in color. I ordered in person and the cup said whipped cream and cinnamon topping. He still forgot the caramel drizzle so I had to have the drink corrected a 2nd time.

I've always been skeptical about seeing quiet a few Los Angelenos "loving" and raving about DD coffee. Haven't had it myself since relocated from the East coast - back there it was not considered as something America would be running on. I guess the stars finally  aligned and I ended up their DTLA location this morning.  Surprisingly, coffee tasted like coffee  - bold and certainly not like a bland watery substance with rubberish aftertaste I was used to when living in NYC.  Verdict: either DD stepped up their game or it's been awhile since I've been to the East coast.

Two kinds of mini-bites. Two for $2.99 each. Tastes were not that good. Never buy it again.

Classic donuts and crullers, not much variety, or something inventive or extraordinary; fresh and good flavors, but you can not see the donuts - they are way back behind the register...They also have different types of sandwiches, coffee and other drinks. Slow robotic service. No parking...at all.

I don't like enough this place, if you're a customer  they don't leave you use the restroom inclusive  if you really need it. So  bad.Service: 3/5

Super clean and organized Dunkin Donuts. Staff very friendly and willing to help, food was good as Well AS the Coffee- thanks a Lot!   Parking: There is multiple Public parking garages in the area
