Okay I’ve got to give this negative review because these things keep happening. It Makes no sense that during the morning rush hour when people are in a hurry for work, there’s only one person attending to customers here. She would take the order and go get the food ready before attending to the next person. Meanwhile there’s a long line of people waiting. And of course the customer service is horrible. Sometimes you are standing there and the person is pressing her phone for a full 45 seconds before raising her head to attend to you.
Their food is decent but their customer service is horrible. Plus there are tables with no chairs, so as to say you're not welcome to eat there......"take your food, gimme your money, get out".Food: 3/5
The young man who attended me Arpan, a very kind, respectful and patient young man. I didn't know what to order and he patiently gave me recommendations. He made me the best CAPPUCCINO that I had in Dunking. Thanks Arpan
Every time I order coffee with oat milk they always use whole milk instead. I pay more for oat milk so why use whole milk?! I wouldn’t advise anyone lactose intolerance ordering from this store.
This dunkin is garbage. The quality of their drinks is always off and there are always bums hanging in / around the small location. They leave your mobile order drink right out there unattended where anyone can tamper with your drink or just plain steal it They've had to remake my drink more than 1x from it being stolen This location is supposed to be open at 5 am. I made an order today at 5:30 - the app and google said the location was open. I went over there and no one is inside and the gates are up so I can see inside the empty store. I waited for an hr and still no one is there after taking my money via the app and I still dont have what I paid for. Its 6:30 atm btw. Not exactly speedy / order ahead and itll be ready when you get there like service as promoted.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I've stopped here multiple times and they are uniformly 1 slow 2 unresponsive and 3 bad at making orders. They screw up the simplest things and will basically ignore people who are at the counter. They are not prepared when opening and you will easily wait ten or minutes for a basic coffee. Truly terrible.
The worst D&D in upper Manhattan!!!! They move slowly when you are in a rush. They move slowly always. The staff constantly asks you to repeat your order and still gets it wrong. I typically get 2 doughnuts and they get the order wrong! They forgot to make the coffee my spouse ordered this morning and despite numerous repetitions, they also got my doughnut order wrong and made us late. Hygiene seems sketchy but that’s normal for DnD. The main thing is slow bad service and the fact that often the staff isn’t even friendly. It’s on my route so I have to go there in a pinch but they are so bad that I had to let it be known. The one on Broadway & 159th is much better.
I get so lucky when they have someone behind the counter that knows what they’re doing. I be on my knees thanking the stars above when they get my order correct. I haven’t ordered from here since Halloween. I tried to purchase the cool donuts you can make yourself and the package deal but the woman behind the counter didn’t even know how to ring it up or read what came with the promotion. Everything was literally in the menu behind her and she was refusing to even look. She also didn’t even know how to ring it up so it was the price it showed on the menu. I went in today and didn’t get any promotions and I stuck to simple stuff so they get it right. Luckily they got it right. I have no idea why I waste time with this franchise. If another company with similar options would open up with better employees, they would topple Dunkin‘ Donuts right over. Since they’re like the only known donut company they still make money. SMH the cup was full of ice, I paid for 3 ounces of beverage. So the price is horrible, you’re better off getting 8 ounces in the bodega for a dollar. You ask for oat milk you better watch them because they’ll use regular milk. the workers are rude. It’s not all that clean. There’s disability access which is why I gave it a star and another star for those employees that’s actually get it correct but it’s a hit or miss. Flavor is not that great for the 3 ounces. The speed of their service isn’t great either. If you are in a rush, avoid this place.
Worst Dunkin in the city. I hate, hate, hate leaving bad reviews. They never have my order ready or it’s practically inedible. Mobile orders? Nice kosher Dunkin’ Donuts but they need to update their Uber eats menu. It is the non kosher Dunkin’ menu on Uber eats which means it is not very useful as the items available are different
