I buy coffee at this establishment all the time and usually never have any issues. Today I came into the shop waiting for a friend to meet me, I went up and asked for the internet password. As I asked for the password the lady behind the counter kind of rolled her eyes and looked at the man next to her and HE gave it to me instead. She then proceeded to tell me "you need to purchase something to stay" OF COURSE I planned on purchasing a coffee but the way it was said and her attitude about it made me so uncomfortable and unwelcome sitting there waiting that I messaged my friend and arranged to meet at another establishment...will not be bringing my business back here for a while.

Good coffee and service and plenty of sitting inside and some outside; they have a small happy hour as well and its in a great location close to Lake Minnetonka right in downtown Excelsior walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants

Love their coffee.  Atmosphere is great.  Find a place to park if you can, it's worth the trip.
