Corey helped me select the best tires for my vehicle that applied to my driving habit and booked my appointment over the phone, Jeff assisted me when I arrived for my appointment, explained additional warranties in depth and the stipulations so I wouldn't be surprised later if I have a claim. ( I did buy the protection for peace of mind ) The Tech set the tires appropriately and it was all around a good service.

Tom at the Sheridan store and district manager Nathan B went way above and beyond to correct a minor miss step in the purchase process. I highly recommend this store and company as a whole before purchasing new tires. Thanks again

Their prices for tires consistently run much higher than their competition. Road hazard warranty is questionable - see the following comment. I was informed that they would not perform more than two repairs to a tire. I had one previous nail hole repair and two more tiny nails in my tire, neither were leaking air. However, because one nail was 2 inches from the side wall they would not repair it, stating that the patch is too big and would be an issue. I understand that, but what confused me is that this would be a plug-only repair, not requiring an inner patch. Even if they were to use a patch, the hole is so small, they wouldn't need a full-sized patch. Dunn has a policy of not repairing a tire more than twice because it is THEIR policy, not dictated by an NHSTA regulation. The fact that having run over three nails and not having the tire warranty hel out in this situation proves it as a meaningless upsell. I confirmed the nail patch repair method "near"the side wall with other garages, none of which would have an issue with the one hole's location not performing two additional repaired to an already once repaired tire. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
