I had to put my cat down this morning.  I had never been to this clinic (moved recently from Wisconsin) but called them before opening hours as my cat was coughing up blood.  Sara answered the phone even though they would not be open for another 15 minutes.  The only reason I made a note of her name is because she was so efficient and asked me how soon I could get there.  The vets weren't even in yet but she still made an appointment for me.  The vet was awesome too.  I don't remember her name but she was very competent and I am pretty persnickety.  She took an x-ray which uncovered one mass and likely a second.  She was thorough as we discussed possible options.  In the end I felt he was too sick to treat and opted to put him down.  I will definitely use this clinic in the future for my second cat as I feel confident that I was given a solid diagnosis and the treatment was very humane.  Rest in peace Socks 💓

Dunwoody Vet Center is amazing! I've been taking my 1yr old husky since we got him and they have always been friendly and knowledgeable. My dog has had several issues his first year from infections to skin lesions and everything in between and the doctors are knowledgeable and so helpful and you can tell they really care about your pets. Most recently, I took my husky for his annual exam and some shots and he was having a mild reaction after. The techs and Dr Lucero stayed after hours to answer my calls and even gave me a call to check on my dog on a Saturday after hours! They offered a follow up appointment after hours as well. Can't beat the friendly faces and staff here. You know your pets are in good hands. Love this place!

I came to Dunwoody Vet when my cat was having an emergency (urinary block), and they became our regular vet after that experience. Having a very ill cat was incredibly stressful but the staff here, especially Dr. Kaufman, were so kind and compassionate with me during this time. The same cat had another emergency later on a Sunday and we had to put him down at an other vet (ER vet), but Dr. Kaufman still reviewed his file and called me the next day to tell me we had made the right choice. I can't thank Dr. Kaufman enough for being there for me during such a miserable time, and I can't recommend Dunwoody Vet enough either. I'm so thankful that they were our partners during that stressful and heartbreaking period of our lives. We eventually moved out of state, but Dr. Lucero was also very helpful in assisting us with medication to help calm down my remaining cat for the long road trip. The road trip and move went very well and my cat was calm for the journey. Thanks y'all so much.

These guys are worth every penny spent to care of the furry babies. They are professional and demonstrate concern for our pets and even us. Moved south of ATL but still carry our fur babies to Dunwoody for care.

Very high quality veterinarian staff and we totally trust them. We have an older dog and Dr. Kaufman has been spot on with her recommendations and treatments. And she is easy to talk to!  The front desk and vet tech staff are all excellent also. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
