The lady on duty (never got her name) took great care of me. She put together the prettiest arrangement of flowers for my wife,(anniversary) she loved them.  People who saw them haven't stopped complimenting me on the great job! Thank you Duran's Flowers!

Never again. Ordered via the website and was charged 100 bucks twice. Flowers never delivered. 

I called them several times trying to get a status on the order and was told only that "all the orders are on the trucks for delivery." They couldn't tell me anything about my particular order. I called back at the end of the day and was finally told that while my order was received, it was never fulfilled and would I like flowers delivered on February 15th? No thanks. Quite possibly the worst florist on the planet. Not only will I never use them again, I will never order flowers from any florist, period.  It's all a giant overpriced scam.

I am so happy I called this flower shop for my need. I needed to send flowers to a memorial service in Pasadena.  Because I live in Georgia I needed someone I could trust to meet my expectations and send flowers that represent me well. Alfredo (Antonio) did a wonderful job with the choice of flowers and the beautiful vase he had picked despite of all the Valentine's busyness. I received several compliments for the flowers and the vase. I am so pleased with him and his work and would not hesitate to use them in the future. 2016
