In todays world with automated answering services, leaving messages that are never returned, and /or speaking to office personnel who are apathetic, it was refreshing to speak to administrator Yanet of Durango, New Britain, today.  Yanet was courteous, professional, efficient and service oriented.  Thank you, Yanet for assisting me with our insured's situation today.
