got yelled at by a woman, for no reason. Proceeded to be nice and she was completely rude. Terrible business.

I received a very rude email from Denise Woods. I was trying to contact their company regarding pricing for rides and couldn't even be provided with a quote before they told me that they were too busy to work with my company. "It is hard for us to change layouts and workforce to take one or two rides to a five hour event. Your company would be better off to deal with an amusement company that does rentals for small events." I find it hard to believe she understood anything about my event or the amount of money we were willing to spend due to her disinterest poor business attitude.

2 occasions there employees manhandled my children. 1 time to my 2 year old son bc he didn't understand to keep his arm up for the buckle and 1 to my 7 yr old bc of a wrong doing on a pass. The all day pass that costs $16 when last year it was only $14 only lasts till 11 PM. If u want the last hour u have to get another pass for $8. A lot of kids upset abt this. Then as I am trying to explain it to my 7 yr old autistic son why he is not aloud to ride for the last hr when it should have been covered the owner of Durant comes up and asks me if there is a problem and started going off on my family (all the kids in line were backing us up that we shouldnt have to pay extra on top of an ALL DAY PASS to ride last hr.) she told me not to raise my voice & I told her as long as she is raising her voice at my wife I'm raising mine at her. As we were walking away it should have just stopped there but no she keeps following us going off on us and insulting us telling us it's not her fault we r to stupid to know how to read & calling me an @##hole & so I called her a choice name. Mind u we were paying customers & trying to get out of a bad situation by walking away & she wouldn't drop it.
