My Son requires special needs accommodations, The equipment doesn't fit, the one they use is malfunction, I have requested better equipment and reliable staff that is trained to properly secure him and can transport him safely. Instead I found my son hanging from his harness because The bus driver could not help and the bus attendant stated my son was too heavy to lift. UNACCEPTABLE! !!!!

Negative ten stars. This bus company is absolutely atrocious and utterly unreliable. In the month that my son's been riding the bus, it's been up to 37 minutes late (with no communication to me that it would be late). This morning, the bus was 25 minutes late, so he was late to school, and it was a different bus than usual. I called the bus dispatcher 8 times, and no one ever picked up, so we didn't know what was going on. My son was confused and nervous about getting on an unfamiliar bus, because I had no idea what bus was coming or if a bus would come and I couldn't talk to him about it because I was on the phone the whole morning. I called the general manager and left a message weeks ago, and they never returned my call. Just a shady, profiteering waste of a company. I think the bus drivers are doing the best they can under the circumstances, but the company itself is so poorly managed as to make the bus service nearly impossible to use. We will not be able to send our son to the school he's currently at next year, because we can't depend on the bus to get him there. Update: The bus came two minutes early today and drove past us. I called the company seven times before someone picked up. They said there was no one available and then hung up on me.

This is the worst transportation company. My kids stand in the cold at 10 degrees for 30 minutes waiting on the bus. When you call. Nobody knows what's going on. The communication is terrible. They have some one new every day. And this problem seems like it can not be cleared. Because nobody cares that these kids are sitting out here in the cold this long. So I guess till we do find someone that cares. This problem will go on.

If I could rate them a negative number I would. They constantly miss bus stops, pass them, are late and NEVER communicate with parents. I literally despise them for their poor service.

If I could choose negative stars then that would be a true review...horrible communication, awful regard of the children's emotional state, has lost my child, does not take accountability, etc....the list goes on...would not recommend to anyone and if this is the same transportation next year, sadly, I will have to find a different school for my child.
