Jo deserves a raise for how meticulous she made our rebel eclipses! they turned out so pretty! Absolutely love this location, easy to access, quick drive through, never had to wait longer than 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. I can see what the cult following is all about! Pulled up to at least 12 cars ahead of me and was gone in 3 minutes. Hundreds of drink options to fit your craving. Great coffee and house brand energy drinks. The 'Not so Hot' Hot Cocoa for kids is a perfect option. I got the iced Green Tea this time and it was definitely tastier then other drink shops. The muffin top was delicious! I will be here daily moving forward.
This was my first time ever visiting a Dutch Bros location and I have to say was a very impressed with the guest service. The guy at the walkup window was personable and very helpful when explaining the drinks. I am addicted to the Caramelizer and I'm not even a huge coffee drinker! I had it 2 days in a row!! The kids smoothie was average and tasted too much like syrup. The only reason why I have 4 stars is because the wait time was pretty long! They clearly prioritize drive-thru because I waited longer than cars that arrived after I placed my order. But overall, I was impressed and would return!
Literally the greatest customer service I have ever had in my life. All of the employees there deserve a raise. The employees are amazing and always helpful and seem to be enjoying their jobs. After going there one time they remembered my name based on the car I took through the drive through. I have never had a bad experience there and can not sing their praise highly enough.
I tried them for the first time and ordered the iced oat milk cocomo. This was literally the tastiest drink I have ever had. To top it off, the barista was super friendly and fast! Maybe the best coffee experience I’ve had.
Dutch Bros in Pleasant Grove has the most AMAZING employees! We've loved every drink we have tried but what keeps us coming back mostly is the awesome employees! JADEN, RAMONE, CASEY, CARTER keep on SMILING! Heading out of town to Mesquite and Jaden killed it on the surprise smoothies for the kiddos! 16 drinks in roughly 16 mins Jayden and his Mafia came thru for us today.... You guys freaking rock!
We came pretty late at night and everyone was so friendly and happy to serve us! Especially Jaden he even graciously took this selfie with us. They gave us a drink for free and said they liked us aww and even though I live half an hour away I’m gonna come back to this Dutch bros. The drink was great too!
Dutch Bros is my all time favorite place to go for drinks! So happy they are building one even closer!
plan for at the very most 15 extra minutes of waiting time at their busiest times. otherwise, drinks are prepared incredibly efficiently and still very high-quality. i have never been displeased by an order from dutch bros. every item on the menu is scrumptious. all of the employees are kind and also very attractive. i love dutch bros. i have considered going to dutch bros four times a day. i have probably spent around 200 dollars at dutch bros in the past three months with no regrets. i recommend the picture perfect. i eagerly await the day that i can get down on one knee to ask dutch bros if it will be my one and only for the rest of my life. i love dutch bros. highly recommend.
Had to shout out one of the workers named Sienna hope I spelled your name correctly. Wife and I lost our card but wife REALLY wanted a hot chocolate. We live an hour and a half south of this Dutch Bros. It’s our regular spot since my parents live in PG. But we lost our debt card and froze our account for the time being. Which meant no Apple Pay or anything . So I had to scrounge up all the random change in my car for drinks. We were desperate for our Dutch Bros fix lol. Anyway, we clearly weren’t going to have enough for two drinks, even if I got the cheapest drink for myself. But I wasn’t going to deny my wife her craving! Happy wife happy life seriously men, lol. Pays off sometimes to take one for the team . I had mentioned this as I was explaining that I had pay in change for her drink. Felt like that chicken farmer in Napoleon Dynamite “Forgot my check book, hope you don’t mind if I pay you in change.” LOL . Anyway, she said, “I know how that goes. Been there! What do you want? On the house.” To which I said it’s okay, but thank you. I can get a fountain at the gas station. Course, she wouldn’t take no for an answer so finally I caved and said I’ll take Holly Jolly. That’s a long story to say thank you. We had just broke some hard news to our family and needed a pick me up for the long drive home. I was willing to forgo a drink for myself but Sienna took care of us. Your small bit of kindness really meant a lot to me, Us. Time and time again, this Dutch Bros staff go above and beyond. They get my order right every time and if they don’t fix it. They offer my dogs a puppy-chino every time. And even the ones I’ve seen multiple times ask about my twins, my dogs, how the drive from Delta was and so on. I even got in a wreck when in line for a drink someone backed up into me. And they were so helpful. That’s what you call customer care. So this is an overdue thank you and shout out. From myself, wife, Odin and Freya my dogs. All the PG-DB staff are AWESOME!!! Thanks y’all
