!!!WARNING!!! If you're going to be coming to this location, MAKE SURE you're paying with *TAP* or *CASH*. This will be the last time I come to this location! I used my debit card on Saturday at the drive-thru. I handed the cashier my card and never received it back. I didn't notice until later that evening when I noticed an extra charge and an hour later from the same location. When I had already left the area. Maybe dutch should hire more trustworthy employees cause it just doesn't look bad on the employee it looks bad on the company name as well. Hopefully, next time, they'll think before making a fraud on a loyal customers card.

Best coffee place. Hubby and I ordered a Picture Perfect drink.  The line moves pretty fast considering how busy they are. The place was a little hard to find since it's a bit secluded and hidden behind a Taco Bell. Also, I am not a fan of the 2 drive thru lanes since a car stepped on her gas and almost hit my car while I was proceeding to merge so it is a safety concern. Ironically, the staff brought our drinks out before hers. The staff is great here!

Honestly never been to a place where they let cars  cut in front of you everytime that arrived after you. They let two cars cut in front of us this time because one employee kept friendly talking to the truck in front of us, then told the next cars order to go after the black truck after telling us first to go after the black truck. The lady then yelled at the employee saying she thought she told her to also go after the black truck. Pretty unfair and it's obviously starting to cause problems with customers. This needs to be fixed. Not going to this location anymore. Coffee is great and they do a good job at that, but thats all.

It was very vey long line. We were surprised with the card only policy and as a cash payer wasn’t super impressed. The person placing the orders in our car tipped them 20%, which after waiting almost 20 minutes in line and them nearly forgetting a beverage felt a little too generous. The person with us promised this was an insulated incident and service is usually great, but I can not confirm. However, The drinks were very delicious.

The SLOWEST location around. The drive through and walk-up is equally painstakingly slow. Give an extra 30 minutes or you WILL be late for work.

The Manager was so nice. I usually have a hard time ordering cuz I’m so new at this.  He remade me my drink! What a nice guy!!! Thanks !

I teas my first visit. Was SO GOOD and the girls there were awesome friendly and having fun!  Kid-friendliness: So nice to my daughter. Invited her back in a few days for her free birthday drink!

I love you Dutch Bros. But, two weeks after returning to work in Reno and waiting 15 minutes every time, I've decided to buy myself an espresso machine. I was previously working throughout the northern CA area and visited several Dutch Bros locations. This is consistently the slowest service I've ever received. I'm just burning gas waiting in line. Certainly there's a way to increase efficiency?

Dutch Bros Coffee was my go-to coffee shop in Reno on a recent trip to Lake Tahoe.  The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and they make the best coffee in town. I recently went through the drive-thru, and the guy who took my order was so friendly and helpful. He asked me how my day was going and made some recommendations for drinks. My drink was made quickly and perfectly, and I was on my way in no time. Overall, I had a great experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and friendly service.
