Best coffee around town! The staff is so friendly and kind, I always look forward to seeing them. If there is a line it always moves fast, their service is amazing. The coffee itself is so yummy. I’ve had the Golden Eagle, Carmel Pumpkin and Kicker, all fantastic tasting. I think what I love the most is that the drink taste is consistent, you always will get the same tasty drink. Thank you Dutch Bros for coming to Decatur!!! P.S. writing the little message on my cup is so sweet &lt;3

I love the idea of the drive thru, but it needs some work.  It is unclear on how you are to order your drinks, so I had to look it up on google. It would have been helpful to have a sign by the menu stating that “someone will be out to take your order shortly”. After waiting about 5-7 minutes two nice employees came out to take the orders of everyone in line.  After placing our order the wait began. We waited 15 minutes after ordering for one drink that was identical in taste to “International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee”, which is only $4 for 64 oz at Walmart. While waiting the window worker was in deep conversation with a customer who had already received their order. During their conversation the window worker was hanging out the window, on her phone, and passing it to the customer to show them a video of something. Due to their conversation the nice and hardworking employee that took our order had to run our order out to us because the conversation at the window. If you are looking for amazing coffee in Decatur, this is not it, I would strongly suggest to stick with 7Brew!

Amazing and friendly people and atmosphere. I got the Picture perfect drink, it was amazing. It had caramel and chocolate sauce and it was great and it costed less than your average coffee shops. I'm definitely coming back!!  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Today was my first time at Dutch Bros! I was so excited to try them out, and I was SOOOOO NOT disappointed! I got the Double Rainbro with sweet cream topper and double rebel shot, and my partner got the Picture Perfect Freeze. It was such a wonderful experience. The super chipper guy who took my order was GREAT! He chatted with me some small talk and my order was out in no time. He even went to the back to grab me a Halloween cat sticker, plus the other sticker! I'll be coming back here all the time. I really wish I remember the guys' name. I believe he is a manager maybe? Anyway, it is so nice to go to a fast service place and the people seem to actually enjoy their job. Makes for such a good experience. Can't wait to come back! I'm hooked! Thanks Decatur Dutch Bros. I'll recommend yall to anyone and everyone!

Coming from Oregon/Washington, I was so excited to be able to have Dutch Bros close to where I live now. Been to the Decatur location twice. The first visit, the girl taking orders was not necessarily rude, but was not friendly. The coffee was a bit bitter, like the broista did make it correctly. Went back today and while waiting in line, the girl who was supposed to be taking orders was off visiting somewhere. She gets to us and is rude as can be, we ended up driving off before we ordered. Needless to say, this is nothing like the real Dutch Bros experience you get in the area it was first created. It really surprised me because people in this area tend to be more friendly in general but Dutch Bros prides itself on having friendly, happy, fun people working there and not at all what I experienced at the Decatur location. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for friendlier, better trained staff in Huntsville. If they are like Decatur, I will wait until I visit the west coast to get them again.

Delicious coffee! Have had the Golden eagle, Popping boba vanilla freeze,and Double rainbro blended. Drive thru is fast. Also has 2 benches and tables outside if you are ordering at the window. Always friendly service. We stop in whenever we go to Decatur.  Don't forget to download their app for rewards!Food: 5/5

I am originally from Oregon and Idaho.  I'm a huge dutch bros. fan.  I use to go 2 times a day.  When I moved to Alabama 5 years ago I couldn't find any coffee around here that came even close to what dutch bros. Offers.  So when I herd they were coming here to Alabama I was so excited.  I couldn't wait.  My first visit to the Decatur location was awesome. It was right after they opened up. It Was just like I remembered it.  Atmosphere and quality of the product.  It is about 60 miles from where I live.  I have gone there 3 more times since then.  I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.  EACH VISIT SINCE THEN WAS PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT TO DUTCH BROS STANDARDS!!! THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE.  THE FUN, ENERGETIC, LOUD MUSIC, AND OVERALL ATMOSPHERE THAT DUTCH BROS IS KNOW FOR  IT'S A DUTCH BROS REQUIREMENT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.  I AM SO MAD THAT YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY RUINED DUTCH BROS.  I WAS EMBARRASSED WHEN I TOOK MY FRIENDS, AND MY FAMILY ON SEPARATE TRIPS THERE.  I RANTED AND RAVED ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND COFFEE.  WHAT A LET DOWN.  SHAME ON YOU. WE SPENT ABOUT $35 EACH TIME.  IF YOUR NOT GOING TO LIVE UP TO THE STANDARDS THAT DUTCH BROS IS KNOW FOR, THAN YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR NAME OR CLOSE.  I AM ALSO SENDING A COPY OF THIS REVIEW TO CORPORATE IN GRANTS PASS, OREGON.

So glad they finally opened. Just wish they would come all the way out to Atlanta soon!  I have so many favorites it's hard to stick with one thing. If you've never tried Dutch Bros make sure you stop in, definitely my favorite coffee/drink place.

Really like this coffee shop!! Great people working here!!! This place has been pretty consistent in the mornings.  However, sometimes I wish it could move faster in the mornings...... but worth the wait!!!Food: 4/5
