For multi-day hunting trips and trail rides DOR will furnish its own equipment, pitch atent at your base camp and set up the “chuck wagon.” Imagine waking to the aroma of fresh baked cinnamon rolls or a steaming ham and cheese frittata. Whether you return to camp for lunch or take it with you, the fare is interesting, filling, and delectable. When you return to camp in the evening you can unwind with crab cakes, roasted olives, or nachos, move on to a dinner consisting of soda-pop & soy roasted pork loin or chicken sausage rigatoni in a spicy vodka sauce, and finish with a dessert like your mother made — or you wish she had — such as Spanish Almond Cake or Peach Praline Cobbler. Each meal can be elegant or simple — you make the call with your menu selections.
