Told us we weren't approved, said they pulled both of our credit and was denied. Come to find out, they only pulled my husbands and not mine like asked. Mine is much better than his, so I know we would be approved with at least a down payment. They put in no effort.

Bought my car here and get oil changes and service done. Everyone is friendly and not slimy and they don't bully you into buying more things. The new buildings are awesome and the lounge has so many snacks and drinks it's like you are a VIP when you visit.

Just recently bought a 2014 F-150 crew cab for the company I work for, was pleased with the truck and the sales team, however the after sale customer service will keep me from going back to this dealership, they forgot to put the floor mats into the truck, I noticed this on the way home and called the salesman, I asked him if they could ship them to me, his reply was that he had to ask his used car manager, a week later I still didn't hear from him, I called the salesman again, and he had a whole bunch of excuses but said he would look into it, I still have not gotten the floor mats, I went and bought them at another Ford Dealership!
