You really need to have a system in place if the order is entered in wrong at the trailer. Makes no sense to have to go back through US customs to go back to storefront. Warning: double check order before you leave after ordering. They guy at booth was no help at all. Really tried to make it sound like it was my fault the order was entered wrong.

We don't remember the name of the employee, but she went above being just a salesclerk. I remember her name tag having LOTS of years on it. You can really tell that she takes her job very seriously. Job well done!
