I had a great experience despite the huge city drive to get there with it’s major highways. It’s located in a failed shopping location probably for the low rent. The receptionist smiled and was polite. I was called promptly for my appointment. I was incorrectly set up to renew a registration but the employee was polite and transferred me to Karen who could renew a drivers license. She has great people skills. Very professional. Luckily for me they were not super busy. It is a very large room and could be intimidating if packed. Make an appointment!

It’s still a DMV and we all know how pleasurable that experience is; however the size and staff at this branch make it far less traumatic than it has been for me previously. Lola was very kind, professional and provided excellent service for me renewing and getting a new license. I also like the greeters at the front. Took just about an hour total without an appointment. Thanks I normally don’t take the time to write a review.

Unprofessional and give them anymore than one thing to do, then they completely forget how to do their job. The ladies here act like teens working at a McDonald's.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to be waited on and the girl at the window was rude and unfriendly. Never even said I’m sorry you had such a long wait.

Men's restroom door lock doesn't lock I was urinating today and an Asian guy walks on in and gets the toilet paper he needs...I locked the door behind me..pretty sure he was gay..watching me urinate. I was totally in shock. Fix the lock!!!!
