After my third visit to this Branch over the past three years, I must say that going to get a new Tag Decal is a pleasant experience. Staff is busy but personable and movement of customers is consistently seamless. If I wanted to post a "negative", it would be about the Customers who on my last visit, were approximately one out of six, NO SHOWS after receiving a numbered ticket for service. My visit was on July 3rd which I fully expected to find the Branch slammed with Customers, it was but the Staff accommodated quite well. Congrats to the Manager !!!

Honestly, not bad. It is difficult to get all of the information you need though...for example, when I arrived, the person at the front desk couldn't answer any questions about the list they handed me. I wasn't sure if I had the right stuff based on that list, so I asked. But they said I had to wait and ask the other staff when my number was called. Fortunately, I had what I needed. But if I didn't, I would have waited to be told I didn't...and then would have left to go get it and have to come back and wait again. I think that would be frustrating for someone who didn't have enough correct documents.

I arrived at 8am. Place was full. Took a number and waited an hour. I had Benjamin, a new trainee. He only knew how to do drivers license but I needed registration too. John was supposed to help him. He ignored him and Benjamin didn't know what to do. So I asked him to ask someone else. Sherma was great and helped him out by taking over. John did not communicate to Benjamin. Tracey, the manager made up some nonsense excuses about why I was not being helped by Benjamin and being ignored by John. Sherma needs Tracey's job. She was very pleasant and took care of me. They should keep all the people from smoking right outside the door so we don't have to walk through clouds of smoke. Also need wipes next to the vision screening apparatus so we don't have to put our forehead on the same spot all the great unwashed do.

The people who help you out are the rudest, they speak to condescending and down to you. They were unorganized. I had to come on 4 different occasions to get one thing done. You’re better off in the other tax collectors. They some how make going to the DMV worse than what it is supposed to be. They seem to be preemptively rude and abrasive.

INCOMPETENT!!! 3 trips in one day to get nothing done! Instead of giving you all the information you need in one shot they like to turn you away and have you come again and again. Had the same issue with this branch with my marriage licence.Typical government BULL$@&$! Now have to drive 21/2 hours to give them a signature. This used to be my go to spot, glad were moving.
