Today I went to change my name and renew my tag. Although I waited about an hour, I was greeted with a friendly face once I got to the representative. Monica was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to assist me. She even went the extra mile to get a supervisors approval on a document instead of just turning me away. I really appreciated her doing that. Once we finished and I walked out, I noticed that my name was spelled wrong. Although it was after 5pm, Monica saw my frantic at the door and asked the greeter to let me back in. She was so kind and understanding and immediately corrected my name and gave me new documents. I am so grateful! Thank you Monica for exemplifying excellent customer service and just plain old human kindness!

It's 5:09pm my friend that is with me to perform a disabled person parking permit, was not allowed back on the property after stepping out a moment to smoke. No announcement was made and he was left at the door looking like a fool. He was literally scolded like a toddler by three different employees. Gotta love the DMV!

The clerk's were polite and helpful. And even though the system went down, they had me in and out in under an hour. Overall a very good experience.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Twanzo. She was very professional and was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had. She was able to find me the lowest rate, which was a lot cheaper than the other places that I was quoted.

The older man at the information counter was very friendly and helpful. The time was ok we expected that. But the lady that waited on us was not friendly or helpful. This being our first time here we did not know what we were suppose to do so she was Rudy when she told my boyfriend that she was waiting on him...he could not see the the screen on the little machine because of the angle and when she told him to go to the panel and get his photo made we had to ask where it was. And she was rude again. Now the young lady next to her was very nice and gave detail instructions to the lady's she was helping. Public job's should be very nice and friendly to the public they are hired to work with.
