Great eye practice with friendly staff and wonderful customer service! Dr. Sarah Low helped me with a painful eye issue on the weekend, even though I was not registered yet as a patient , being new to the area. I had a followup appt as well, and I found all the staff to be very professional and friendly. Will definitely go back for my regular annual eye appt.

Excellent service and care! Friendly office staff, and warm, knowledgeable doctors who take the time to answer all of your questions. My daughters and I had a great experience. (It was their first comprehensive exam, and I had to get reading glasses.) Great selection of frames, and help choosing them. Easy to make appointments, too.

We feel we get the best possible care from the Grimms. We were so impressed by their state of the art clinic and highly skilled staff. It seems like every year they have added new high tech diagnostic equipment and of course have taken more classes in the latest in ocular treatment. The staff is very helpful and capable. It is obvious they enjoy their jobs and helping clients get the best care. We like it so much we come from West Seattle to the Duvall clinic.

My wife & I have been going to Duvall Advanced Family Eyecare pretty much since they opened, about ten years ago. Their level of service has always been exemplary, and I wish more businesses were this thorough. They are very efficient at getting you through an appointment, and you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to get going. The doctors Grimm are always very willing to answer questions and they're both very genial and accommodating even when they have many more patients to see. The opticians, Cathy & Jeff, have always been great to work with and both have gone out of their way to ensure we've gotten the right lenses, within our budget and occasionally within time constraints (leaving for a trip overseas). The entire staff goes out of their way to ensure your visit is handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended.
