The owner and workers are really nice. They play really great  music and they help right away(if needed).  Definitely a must visit when you come to Orland park looking for a good time. Prices are good too

The place is not bad. The hookah and refreshments are excellent. But service is everything. Upon coming in we waited 10 minutes and No one came to ask us about what we want. We had to go to them to order. Then I wanted to get another drink...they said they will be at the table shortly. 45 minutes later no one showed up. 
They were not busy and appear to be fully staffed 
If they fix their attitude they would have earned a 5 star.

Great customer service, but 2 weeks after I swiped my credit card there they stole my info and charged my card and my friends card $80 at a gas station. Dont ever go here, they are nice people that will scam tf out of you. If you decide to go anyway keep your purse close and pay with cash.

great place but when i was seated i hot my hookah and that was that i got what felt like no service i askd for help and i got nothing i do love this place but i need better service.
