This is the flagship store for the chain and they pride themselves on that.  Very helpful, friendly and courteous.  I enjoy shopping here because they have a great selection.  And if they don't have it in Stock they will order it for you and ship it to your house.

Customer service hit or miss most of the people are great, friendly, very helpful.  Others not so much.  They tend to walk around looking busy if they didn't talk to you first, must be commission based.  And they pick and choose what coupons to honor with their sister store casual male. I'll still shop there, its the only decent big and tall store around

The associate working was friendly, and very helpful. She immediately located what I was looking for, answered my questions and made recommendations. Awesome work and a very comfortable place to shop.
