I signed up for a two year membership just under two years ago. The only reason this is not one star is because during the time I worked out at Dynamic, it was pretty enjoyable. Good service, good equipment availability. However, once I started at USC, I stopped working out there. I understood that I signed a contract, and understood that I would continue paying for two years until November 20.

However, there is a communication problem at Dynamic. I have called 3 times to make sure my membership does not roll over. The first time, they said call back in September. Then, in September, the manager said I could not call to stop my membership until 30 days before it is over. Today, I called and I was told that I could not stop it until it was 10 days before. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am fine with paying until the contract I signed is over. I understand that. What I do not understand is the difficulty in ending the membership. Shouldn't it be as easy as a clicked button? Forgive me if I am wrong but I don't think that is not too much to ask.

I absolutely love working out here. Derrick and Kyle are awesome trainers and take care with their clients.

I don't think you can find a gym that is more dedicated to the health and overall quality of life of their clients even if you tried. From day 1 of walking in, I have felt like nothing short of a family member to these people. Alex and Derrick are quick to welcome me and ask how I'm doing. If I ever have any questions on the equipment or exercises, they assist me so I don't hurt myself. Jyn is the personal trainer I never knew I wanted. She is caring, helpful and overall just lovely to spend time with (even if she is kicking my butt!)  They are an outstanding and motivating group of people that I am so lucky to have in my life now!

Awesome facility and even better staff! The staff is always welcoming and there to meet your needs! The personal trainers are all very knowledgeable and approachable! This is a very unique and beautiful club. The use of their space is extremely efficient and it has everything you need! If you are looking for a full service health club that doesn't just treat you like a number, then this is the place for you. The staff truly cares about you and your fitness goals. It's like one big family! I hate giving my money to big corporate gyms! I am a Dynamic member for life!
