In my experience with their plumbing team, they have been very attentive and provided great customer service and skill. Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend choosing them for your next plumbing or HVAC need.

Just had my central Air Conditioning installed and im very happy. The workers were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Found that they were neat and protected my home and cleaned up after themselves. we are very happy with such a professional job.

It was a hot day in July --as a matter of fact it was the 4th of July weekend, and the compressor on our central A/C gave out.   I called Dynamic Mechanical and to my utter surprise and delight they sent someone out on this holiday weekend who quickly diagnosed the problem....AND by the way they had the right part on the truck to install!   This wasn't some little  $2.75 valve  and so we didn't have to order the part, wait for it to arrive and then schedule installation.  A happy result!  Kudos to Josh and his team.

Terrible experience!  I was scheduled to have my furnace cleaned on Monday afternoon between 2-4.  I was told this was the latest appointment available because the technician gets off work at 4 and they need 2 hours to clean the furnace.  I called the office around 3 to see why he hadn't shown up and was told the tech put my job on hold because he got called to a commercial service call.  I didn't receive a phone call to advise of this and had someone at my home waiting on him.  After several phone calls, I agreed to reschedule the appointment so they didn't have to pay the tech overtime.  It was rescheduled for this morning at 8.  The tech showed up on time but was rude.  After cleaning the furnace for the $99 special he said I needed a new part that would cost $165 and needed an answer right away.  While my mother tried to reach me at work he went ahead and put the part on the furnace.  The interesting part is my neighbor needed the same part just a few days ago and was told the exact same thing.  I question the ethics of this company and will never use them again!

Made an appointment last week for the following Monday at 8 AM. The Tech was a NO-SHOW, even after a call to the office 2 hours later with a promise of a return phone call that never came.  6 hours later and still no Tech or a return call.  Don't hold your breath waiting for this company if you really need emergency service. Do yourself a favor and find someone reliable.
