Can’t mention a flaw for this long established physio-therapy centre. The owners Rosalie and Eric are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field, they are happy-going and kind, caring people, everyone’s always having a good time! This is reflective of their staff as well, they are very organized and work synergistically. Above all, they want you to get well.
Amazing staff! I had an amazing experience! They treat you like family. They helped my ankle heal, I was sad to say goodbye to the staff but so thankful!
Knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working staff. Rose has treated two of my injuries, plus my teenagers injury, and many of my fitness clients. They are sensitive and adapting to clients with special needs, be it physical or psychological. Highly recommend.
The place where you like to go for a treatment. The team at Physio Dynamics is above all, super competent, very professional, and very friendly. Rose and Eric lead a committed and dedicated team where every therapist contributes and patients are treated in a first class manner. I came for physio consistently for months and every appointment i felt so welcomed. the vibe is so positive and open and everyone working there is so polite. workspace is clean and organized and the receptionist is super nice and helpful. i’ve recommended this place to all my friends who need physio. 12/10 recommend coming here. everyone really has your best interests at heart. :
My ankle specialist sent me to see Rose, Eric, and the team after normal physio provided little improvement. I have an extremely complicated foot and ankle issue. Now, I drive from Pickering to Don Mills/Toronto because their team is worth the drive. The clinic is always full, so other people must feel similarly. Vast improved. There is a light and welcoming, yet extremely professional attitude in their clinic. They involve me in my own treatment plan. I am part of the rehab team. When I leave, I feel a sense of responsibility to the team to do my exercises and rebab before the next treatment. I believe that is why I am seeing improvement. Thanks, Rose, Eric, and the team. Great staff, environment, and effective treatment plans! The staff is efficient, competent and polite. The administrative staff does a great job with booking, billing, and hospitality. Further, their prices are some of the cheapest in the GTA. In all, I highly recommend this place.
I had my frozen shoulder treatment here and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs not only the best physio treatment but also something rarely found any other places. Physio Dynamic has an amazing group of people lead by Eric and Rose and provides a cheerful environment that heals you both mentally and physically.
