Coin and cash only laundromat with drop off service. Very busy most days. Employees do not enforce a unit limit so many people will run 5 washers and 5 dyers just for themselves at the same time while other customers have to wait until one is available. Used drop off a few times without any problems. I can normally pick up same day with clothes neatly folded. It gets pretty dusty and dirty, especially when I visit at night. The employees can be very rude and loud. Overall it's subpar and just a convenient location on Nostrand.

Good laundromat for washing, drying, and folding yourself; haven't done any drop off loads personally, but the workers are usually pretty friendly nice and attentive so I wouldn't be objected to it in the future. PLAN YOUR WASH!! Typically it gets pretty busy in there during the weekends and Mondays, but you can usually get to your machine(s) in standard time and people are usually in and out quickly.... Not too much waiting space however, and seating can be limited when it's full.

Never get your laundry done here! After 5 years of loyal service they destroyed a shirt of mine, and take no responsibility.  I kindly asked that they refund me the amount of the shirt, 78$, and provided the shirt's receipt. They laughed at me and said they'd give me 10$ because "the shirt is worn." Then told me to come back day after day to speak with the owner, she is incredibly rude and should not own a business. Laundry services are legally forced to provide insurance for instances just like this.

Never really had an issue.. I'm in and out fast and the machines have worked just fine in my experience so far.  The staff doesn't seem very friendly but it doesn't really bother me.  I just keep my headphones on and do my laundry

Closest and cheapest to me but BARE BONES. We can all agree coin machines are primitive and the owners are loud and cold when you need help. The younger kid that works here is helpful and nice. I suppose I put up with this dusty place bc the other laundromat on nostrand (that's far more pleasant and cleaner but slightly more expensive and uses refillable cards) is one more block away from me and carrying my laundry is the worst part of doing it.
