My unit was serviced on Thursday.  I was gone most of Friday.  The outside temperature was cool, so I didn't notice any problem. Yesterday, Saturday, I noticed my unit was inoperative.. The control unit says, "System Malfunction; Call technician". Prior to the servicing I had NO problem.  Now I have no air.  Please return and discover the problem.  I gave the rating 1 star because, otherwise this message would not post.

Very professional. Great service. Knew immediately why air conditioner wasn’t running. Have a quote n fixed it right away. Came right on time, very polite, clean n respectful. Answered any question I had. Blake was the service person n I would gladly have him come back is I ever need a repair done again. 
Nancy who works in the office was also very helpful. She knew exactly how to answer any question I had. Was very knowledgeable n not at all pushy. Text me when she said she would with info. Never had to Waite she also followed up on her phone calls as she said she would. I would definitely recommend this company.

All three guys were very pleasant to work with.  Understand the product very well and very respectful of our home and of our belongings.  We have worked with E.D.S. for many years now to maintain our units.  We recommend them to anyone.

Peter did a great job performing my maintenance. He showed me a few potential issues that could cause some issues during the summer. With my unit being 13 years old, I told him I will wait till it breaks and replace it then. To my surprise Peter said give me a call when your ready and gave me his card. This company didn’t pressure me to buy a new system now, like the last company I had perform the maintenance. This was the first time I used eds air conditioning and they were great from when I made the appointment to when Peter finished.

I just had my Trane 20 super efficient unit installed a couple of weeks ago by Danny, Omar and Davis M. They did a fantastic job--Raymond did some follow up programming and the system is operating extremely well. Great job by all. Would recommend EDS to anyone. Thanks All.
