I have twice now needed an early morning ride to the airport (4:30 in the morning), which always stresses me out because I would be out of luck if a reserved ride does not show up. I made a reservation two days in advance, confirmed the night before, and the driver was there exactly on time to the minute. Beautiful car, very courteous driver, reliable. I will use them next time for sure.

I never review places but wanted to warn anyone in wpb. 
I wish I could give this place negative stars. 

Who ever answered the phone was hard to understand and was extremely offended when I asked for the price of my ride from city place to PBI (they quoted me $30.00!). I said that seemed a little high for driving one exit but considering the hurricane Irma threat I didn't care. He told me to take my business somewhere else and hung up on me. 
Stay classy West Palm.

Had a family emergency and had to fly into West Palm Beach last minute.  Read the reviews on line for E&R Transportation and gave them a call.  Ray the owner was very helpful with pick up arrangements and also quoted me what I felt was a very reasonable rate.  He was there at pick up with a very nice clean Suburban.  Since there is no waiting at the pickup he suggested I call when I get to the baggage area( I had carry on only).  It only took a few minutes to get from the cell phone lot waiting area to our pick up spot.  I liked Ray's service so much that I booked the return trip right then.  It was a 4am pickup and he said, No Problem.  He was at the door at 4am on the dot.   I will have to return again in December and I will definitely be using E&R transportation and have recommended them to my family that lives in the Palm Beach area.  Glad I found an excellent, reliable and reasonable service.  One less thing to have to worry about when traveling there.

E & R Transportation has been driving us for several years! This last trip to Miami airport and back was excellent....in a brand new suburban! We got to the airport on time and pickup from MIA couldn't have been better...Ray was at the curb as we were walking out with our luggage! Couldn't ask for more!  GREAT job! Thanks!
