Ray is an awesome guy, E T Travel really describes the service here.  I had a lot of issues because I really hate putting together a trip.

I have a business trip and things get confusing from when and where to travel and what hotels to book.  Ray gave me a couple of options and where the hotels are placed.  From that, he also showed me where the points of interests, how far the airport is, where I would be working at and so on.

I call this guy an event planner more than a travel agent, lol.  Thanks again Ray!

Came in, and it was immediately like I was talking to my best friends, excitedly planning our adventure trips!  The comfort level of their business, the smiles, the understanding of my situation, everything was there!

As a  a former travel agent, I am truly impressed with the professionalism and personal care I received from ET Travel.  
They were unbelievable.  When our travel plans changed, they took care of everything very smoothly.  When we had a question about a passport issue, they  called the consulate for us and called us back with the solution.  
They managed to make our trip happen and made it happen on a budget.
If you need a caring, competent, friendly, knowledgeable, professional agent that works for you these are the people.
