If I could give 0 stars I would. A red headed woman who I assume to be the manager thought that a explanation of "well three tolls splintered into a different account" was an acceptable resolution to my issue. It took two employees to try and figure out how I was receiving two invoices and when I asked questions she got flustered and short with me. Left feeling just as confused and annoyed.

I only came here because of how convenient it is with the parking and all but honestly I should have just gone to the one in east Boston. The girl that helped me out was extremely rude and seemed annoyed. Very distasteful experience here!
