Living here these past 10 months, my husband and I have been very happy. We know we made the right choice coming here. ALL of the neighbors we have met and talked with are good kind people. I see many of them where I work at Walgreen’s less than a mile away. We never have a problem finding an open washing machine to do laundry. When we asked last November if we could move our storage unit, the office staff was very understanding. When we have had to make maintenance requests, they were always handled promptly and professionally, even if we were not at home and even if it was not an urgent issue. We love the underground parking, the paid heat, and best of all, the location.

I did not like living there the people that live there are pigs and rude and make everything sound like everyone is being racist and the caretakers are rude and childish I would not recommend living there ever.

Avoid this place at any cost. They will not give your security deposit back and will also overcharge you for water and electricity. I lived here more than 4 years and when i moved out they charged me for painting and cleaning.. How the hell they expect to keep the apartment in the same condition after 4.5 years and they accused that i have damaged their apartment which is absolutely bullshit,because they do the inspection every year before they renew your lease. I told them multiple times to paint the apartment while i was living but every time they made one excuse or the other..

I really had a bad experience with these folks, Especially with the manager. When u sign up the lease for 6 months and when you are moving out after the contract, they will ask you so much money like hell. Forget about the security deposit, they will run behind you asking for more. When i moved out, they charged me an 250 dollars on top of my security deposit. When i asked them why the hell, they told me, when tenant move out with in 1 year , tenant is responsible for painting all the walls and carpet cleaning inside the apartment, which i never heard in my life.
