Jacob Shook was amazing. He was very understanding and answered all questions that I had.  He is an excellent asset to the company and definitely cares about people which shows in his passion for his work. If there were more people like him in he customer service industry it would make things run so much smoother.  Been a great company to work with and was always willing to help out when I was in a bind. Will definitely use again and will also recommend anybody to try them out.

I have had the great pleasure of being a customer with eagle financial for more then  five years I have never experienced the level of people working harder then each of them put into each customer they come in contact with I consider each of them apart of my life some of  which have moved on to different paths only to be replaced with another angel I have developed great friendship along the way! Love you all! Tia, Barbara, Jacob, Solad and all the others at the Florence Kentucky location. Keep on touching life’s!

I came in to eagle fiance ready for rejection on a loan. I was young and dumb when it came to money and my credit score reflects that still. I needed money to get caught up on a few bills and a lawyer to start the custody case for my children. They where extremely friendly and nice from the moment I walked in the door till I left. They ran my credit. Talked to me about some issues on it and actually listened to me when I explained how I know I missed up in the past. After that they approved me and gave me a chance. No one else would approve me much less actually listen to me and have a conversation. It honestly was an awesome experience. I got my loan and they are honest about the affordable monthly payment. I would recommend anyone needing a loan. That has a troubled credit score and are looking to build it up to deffintley give eagle fiance a chance.

They were very wick to get me with a smile. Quite literally, everyone in the office greeted me with "Good morning, how are you?" I don't get that anywhere else. Tia Wilson was vey courteous, polite, friendly and professional while processing my account. I would definitely recommend anyone to eagle because of how she treated me.
