Today we stopped in after having a loan for 3 years and not even as much as missing a payment to add onto our loan that we was pre approved for. It was 4:15 when I walked in there was 2 workers (Jill and Matt) no costumers I explained what I was there for and was told that they had already shut down there systems for the day they didn’t close for another 45 min. Our credit is much better and we now plan to move the loan and be done with eagles and there poor services I would not recommend this place to anyone

Yur lucky yur getting one star ive had two loans with yu and paid them both off but when i needed a third one yu couldnt help me ! Collateral shouldnt even be an option as much as ive paid yu for the last two loans
