Poor, Poor customer service. I ordered a piece of equipment through one of their vendors. I never opened it because my little sister, who needed the equipment, went terminal before it arrived and was bed ridden. I called them and they told me to call the vendor so that they could contact them for an RA number since the merchandise was unopened and unused. I did, then then vendor was told no. I called Eagle Health Services back to try to sort out the situation only to speak to a manager who said it is their policy to never accept returns and that my vendor should have never called them in the first place. I asked if he could make an exception, as i have done wight he manufacturing company I work for, considering the unique situations. he still refused. What has happened to customer service and compassion in business dealings? The manager COULD have made an exception but chose NOT TO. My family could have used the $226.00 to buy more movies for my sister to watch while she lay in her bed for the last couple weeks of her life. Instead, NOTHING. NO COMPASSION. NO SERVICE. Please don't support Eagle Health Supplies.
