Made a special side trip to stop here. Best home-made soup daily - fantastic on cool fall day. Unique place - often quilting occurring in back area. Friendly service; never feel rushed; owner visited across counter (we were at a table). Very homey.

Fantastic and friendly service. Very knowledgeable concerning coffee and espresso drinks. Fantastic food. I great place to go if you like getting off the beaten path.

Very nice place to feel relaxed. Great interaction with the staff. Wabasha is a nice place to visit.

Good Coffee and a quaint little nook to stop. If you want a upgrade from gas station coffee in Wabasha it's the place to go!

The Eagles Nest coffee shop lies off the main street of Wabasha but is definitely worth a visit. The welcome from 'Java' Jim and 'Java' Jan is one of the best in town. The coffees are probably the best in South-east Minnesota, if not the whole state. A wide selection of beans and roasts will suit all tastes. Food is available from light snacks to sandwiches and salads. Cookies and cakes make for a yummy treat too. 
Sit down and enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat with the owners.
