Really low end, but not that much cheaper than the much nicer place in town. Beds are mediocre. Linins stained and mismatched, walls and floors dirty. We had to move because the AC in the room we were given didn't work - and they didn't believe us. 
Initially I gave them 1 star, but they resolved most issues to my satisfaction, so I have changed it to 2.
