Excellent park. Clean, quite, large paved sites. Very nice tenants as well. Everyone keeps very clean and limited to no junk outside on their sites.  Book ahead since popular.  Limited trees but we set up our entire outdoor patio set since spaces so large  gas station near with propane as well.  We will return again and again.  Also great parking for car haulers in a lot across from the park. Too bad it’s dirt, that’s my only complaint as we had our bus detailed by ans detail and we wanted to keep it clean.

Easily the nicest RV Resort in the area, particularly for parks without age limits. It's a beautiful location with clean, spacious sites and nice amenities on the edge of town with great scenery and opportunity to see wildlife, however it is pretty far removed from the conveniences of town. Fountain Hills is just a few minutes drive and offers restaurants, shops and conveniences stores, as far as big box stores there is a Target and a Safeway- no Walmart or other major retailers. If you are looking for a place with access to nightlife or a quick Uber ride home, this probably isn't the place for you. If you prefer peace, quiet & seclusion, read on. The one option there is as far as nightlife is Ft. McDowell casino across the road, if this interests you it would be worth asking if shuttle transportation is available. The location is also very convenient for appointments at Mayo Clinic on Shea Blvd (less so for the hospital location). Getting to Mesa or Tempe for spring training games or ASU, etc is a 30+ min drive, but a easy and scenic one as you can likely take the lightly traveled & scenic HWY 87 and avoid the busier freeways. For me the biggest detraction from this park is their reservation system. They let people Reserve particular sites, so if you're a snowbird that comes every winter and you want to know you will be on the same site every year, this is good for you. It is bad for people looking to stay long term, because they explained that we will have to pack up and move from site to site because they don't have any that aren't reserved to someone at some point over the next year, very frustrating. Overall, it is a beautiful park.

I don’t appreciate the fact that the front desk clerks like to make their own rules not posted or shared on the official pamphlet given or near the pool. I also don’t like their casual comments of what you are doing on your lot. It shows lack of couth—cameras are a beautiful aspect for security. Not fodder for gossip or a conversation starter.  

My towel choice is not your business.

We will not return next year.

Very nice place for a break off the road. Pool, laundry, tennis court onsite just to name a few amenities. Great views are free of charge. Go visit.

We also have used the dry storage and the Park. Would recommend them highly. We have been all over the country with our rig and we call this our second home.
