As *edited - bond investor* of Eagle's, its a complete and utter disgrace to see employees (even with Manager nametags) that are smoking cigarettes at the front door. Often I've been in and the same two women are smoking at the front door with the front doors manually opened. The entire store stinks of cigarette smoke during that time, which is absolutely ridiculous for customers to have to be exposed to. 

If I could find a corporate email address, I would have already sent photos and made some calls about this. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a bad experience today.  I had a carwash ticket that expired today. The carwash would not accept my ticket.  I went to the man inside at the desk and told him.  He said..." never wait til the last day to use your ticket!"  And I said..."but it is not expired".  Again he said" neber wait till the last day to use your ticket" and again I replied "it is not expired!"  And again he replied...the same thing...and I  replied...The same thing.  Then he said something in broken English about some months having 31 days.  I just starred at him like I thought he was being a real ass.  He did print me another ticket to use and I left before I called him an ugly name.  
Nowhere on my gas ticket does it say that it has to be used within 30 days.  It only has a date.  I felt that the attendant inside the store was very Rude to me.  My ticket was not expired.  He had no reason to say to me what he did.  I had paid fot the carwash.  He made me extremely angry...enough to make me not buy gas there anymore.

What a rotten gas station ... I guess they survive by being so conveniently located next to Home-Depot and WalMart.   The catches on the pump handles have been removed, so you have to stand there squeezing the pump handle, instead of doing something useful like washing your windshield.   Speaking of which, the windshield-washing stations were almost completely empty of any kind of water (much less cleaning solution).   How a business can be so cynical as to pull in the kind of money a gas station does, and not even support the most basic safety maintenance (clean windshields) of their customers' cars, is beyond me.  I will not be back.
