Eagles Landing is a great place to go with your family. The new owner has put a tremendous amount of money into this resort to make it one of the best parks in the state. There are boat slips, fully marble tiled restrooms with showers. A state of the Art swimming pool and both 30 and 50amp hookups. There is also a boat ramp, fish cleaning station and fishing dock along with a pond that kids can rent paddle boats, canoes and other events for the kids most every weekend. There is a soccer field also that kids can play on. Bring your bikes and ride the park and don't miss the beautiful view of sailboat bridge.

Absolute worst park I have ever been to. Rude staff. Zero organization. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Could be a nice place if someone would operate it correctly. If you are planning a getaway to Grand Lake I suggest staying  anywhere but here. The only reason i even give this place one star is because I cant give them anything lower.

We were there in October and one of there dead tree's fell on our pick up and the owner refused to pay for there negligence. Ok park I cleaned up after my dogs but others don't. 
The play ground and soccer field has dog poop all over, which is horrible when I took my grandkids to play. Watched lots of people walk there dogs and not pick up after them. The laundry mat had wasp and dirt dobbers in it and I told someone but nothing was done. If the owner would put screens on the window versus the employees leaving the door open.  If you need ice have fun chasing someone down to pay them.

New ownership. Many improvements, some still underway. Much improved in the last two years with more to come. Recommended.
