The Eanes Heating and Air Team did an awesome job with our install of our new heating and cooling system. I was kept informed before, during and after the install. Everyone from the sales team to the install and service team were friendly and helpful. Our service tech, Tommy,  was helpful and did a great job answering our questions and getting everything up and running!

Great experience thanks to Gene M. In the hottest months of the summer our A/C went out upstairs. Gene was extremely professional, providing us with quality work and honest feedback. Thankful for his fantastic service!

Hot summer brings AC to its knees.  Sam took call in AM on a Saturday and put me on his list.  Finished a couple of pre-scheduled jobs before and showed up at around 97 Deg F outside.  Thorough assessment and found the problem.  No guesses...not parts thrown at getting a fix.  Really great service experience.

I had Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning come out for a long overdue preventative service.  The technician, Abe, showed up on time and was extremely professional and thorough.  I was so impressed, I signed up for the service contract which is fairly priced.  Overall I would highly recommend Eanes!

Tyler, the technician, arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment, was courteous, honest, explained everything quite well, and was very happy to explain it all in layman's terms time. I learned a lot about my AC unit, the problem it was having and why. He identified the problem, showed me exactly where the R22 residue was splattered all over the iniside of the unit, explained my options, and had the installation and sales manager over to my house within a half hour. After initially calling Gordon who was going to come over today anyhow, he received another call and told me Gordon was on his way. Gordon with sales was equally efficient, polite, and so willing to explain the information he had for me. His quote was easy to understand and extremely reasonable for a unit overhaul installation and all that goes into it. This is a first rate operation. I highly recommend Eanes, Tyler, and Gordon.
