I can't believe some of the reviews I've read about this place, cause this place is awesome. The staff are really nice, and the doctor is really good! I alway arrive early and don't have to wait very long at all. When I got to the surgical center, the nurses were all very nice and comforting. I had the doctor prescribe me a valium, because I was so nervous about the surgery. I got my tonsillectomy, its day two, and my pain is minimal. The worst part is that its slightly uncomfortable to swallow my saliva at night when I'm trying to sleep, but if I take my pain meds, I'm totally fine. I don't even need my pain meds during the day, because it's tolerable without them. My throat is sore ONLY when i swallow. I can't raise my head at night, like the doctor recommended, or I feel like I'm going to choke. So far, no bleeding either! All I can say is the surgery was a great success and I am very happy with this office and can say that anyone who comes here is in great hands!!!!

Went in to have my ear checked due to being in the vicinity of a loud bang, I was having some ringing and pitch issues in my ear. I am told I need to arrive 30 minutes early. When I arrive, they want to know why I'm so early. Apparently I did not need to arrive early despite what I was told. I waited a half hour in the waiting room, then waited in the medical room for 45 minutes to see the doctor. He had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered and was more interested in my deviated septum (which I already know I had and was not what I was there to address and told him so). He sticks a tube up my nose so he can look at the deviated septum, I thought he was using the tube to look at around the ear and then I get stuck with a bill over $200 for sticking that tube up my nose. They called it a "procedure" and my insurance didn't cover it. I refused to make a follow-up appointment as I left his office with no answers to what I went in for. Felt like I got nothing but a run around and taken advantaged of, charging me for something I didn't ask for and never would have consented to had I known what it was classified as and that insurance didn't cover it. Would go to another county for an ENT before I would ever return here.

Patient of Dr. Nall. I have been to the office twice and other than the lengthy wait times I was totally pleased with the staff and care received from the Dr. I am recommending her and this office to others.

I felt rushed through my daughter's appointment. The staff was clearly just trying to see as many patients as they could and cared less about the quality of care their patients received. They offered my 9 year old daughter the option of starting SLIT therapy as opposed to shots. That would be great only that SLIT therapy has NOT been approved by the FDA. I'm a nurse, I've worked hard with her allergist in VA to manage her severe allergies. No thanks Doc...I'll find another place to take my business.
