New to lubbock, bought a house. The hot water heater was making all kinds of noise did not know about the hard water problem here. Called Earl's said they could drain the sediment for 125.00 no problem. Plumber comes sorta hinted around it would not do any good, but thought since he came I was stuck with the bill. He never even hinted I had a choice. After draining the tank and charging me he explained showing with his hands on the tank the level of sediment and that the draining really would not work and the pinging was still there. So basically Earl charged me for something that they knew would not work. What a ripoff and they claim integrity, really?

We have Earl's home warranty for an older home we bought and discovered a water leak.  They came out to fix the leak and another leak popped up.  During this time they suggested re-plumbing the house with PEX.  After trying to search for the leaks I asked them to quote the new plumbing.  We had the plumb the entire house and they were done with the city inspector signing off in 3 days.  Made life easy for me.  The plumbers were very professional and kind.  Recommend them to anyone.

Overall 5star review.  Earl's had to put off two appointments (likely just due to how busy they were b/c they do good work).  Aside from this, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Earl's plumbers and office staff was superb.  They completed a difficult job and charged a fair price.  Would have them again for my plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service.  I made a call about a system they didn't install.  Eric G. was very knowledgeable about the product, and took time out of his schedule to stop by the house.  He fixed my problem and educated me on the product.  Thanks, Earl's Plumbing and heating.  I will be calling again.

Fantastic service! These guys did a whole home re-plumbing job on our 10 year old house.  If they would have done the original install, we wouldn't have needed to get it redone.  This was a big job but they worked around the family and had the water running almost right away. They used quality parts and did not take any shortcuts.  There was a significant cleanup/repair work to complete after the plumbing job was finished.  They were very detail oriented to getting the house looking as good as when they started.
