I was turned away by a couple dentists for my toddler who was too young to be treated. Finally I was recommended East Bay Children's Dentistry. I loved the staff, they were great with my son who has sensory issues.

Impressive, Caring, Professional, and Informative.

I'm not sure where to start but by saying I love Dr. Masha and her staff!!! My children were referred to EBCD after their prior dentist telling me that my children weren't a good fit for their practice. SMH I'm not sure what 6 year old likes to get their teeth drilled on.

The things I enjoy most about EBCD are:
-Friendly and courteous staff. They are on it, as it pertains to appointment reminder phone calls, generally a call 48 and 24 hours before appointment. Their follow up call after each appointment shows that they care.
-Atmosphere: Literally you walk in and there is appropriate, upbeat children's music playing that totally puts a child at ease. Its clean with beautiful murals and cute paintings on the walls. There is a no food/drink policy, which is probably why its so clean.
-Staff: The dentist staff was very patient and gentle with my children explaining what they are doing and coaching the child through the process.
-Entertainment: They have a cute separate waiting room for children as they are given pre-surgery medicine to put them at ease and watch a movie of their choosing. 
-Private consulting office: After procedures are done they utilize a private consulting office to explain billing, side affects, etc. Its great that these things can be discussed in private vs. right over the counter.

One thing that parents should know is that parents are no allowed in the operating room. Im certain if you pushed the issue they would allow you, but its their preference that parents wait in the waiting room. In all I give EBCD 5 stars. I drive from Oakland and will continue. Thanks Dr. Mahsa and staff for taking such good care of my boys.

All three of my kids see Dr. Jaberiansari. She is such a thorough, kind and thoughtful doctor.  What makes even better as a mom, is that her staff is so awesome! I highly recommend East Bay Children's Dentistry!!
