Extremely bad customer service , unhelpful and uncaring tellers and management, sometimes staffed with only a single teller for ten people in line.  Would highly recommend visiting a different bank . Ebsb saugus management is unreal racist 
Why I say racist 
I went to open a regular checking account everything was fine until a a women (manager) came in and start asking stupid questions and then told me to get my self verified thorough one of the company long story short I went to different branch same bank and got my account opened
