My husband Don and I both go to East Brainerd Dentistry for several years.I came here after my last dentist office had refused to help during 2 separate dental emergencies.They took me right in and we have come here ever since. Great clinic, great staff, very patient, supportive and comforting, not to mention great work and results.All procedures are carefully explained.  My teeth look great and feel great.Patient and understanding with fear of pain needs. The office is clean and well run with great operating hours and location is convenient. All Doctors in this office are GREAT!

I was just dropping by the office on my way home to schedule an appointment for a loose bridge and they asked if I wanted to have it done right then.  I am a new patient of theirs and this was my first visit with them.  They were so kind and courteous and very helpful in explaining my options for future work on this bridge.  I was very impressed and look forward to future visits with East Brainerd Dental.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hooper's office.  I  needed a cleaning and had a very sore tooth.  Everyone made me feel welcome by being very friendly and accommodating.  Dr. Hooper discussed all of my options with me so that I could be well-informed.  The office environment was zen-like with natural stone, fish-tank and a water feature.  The stars of the show, however, were his wonderful staff.  They don't give you the feeling that you are being rushed.  They take time to answer questions.  I highly recommend making East Brainerd Dentistry for all of your "dental needs"  You won't be sorry!!!!

East Brainerd Family Dentistry is an excellent dentist office. Dr. Crowe and Dr. Hooper have always done very good work on me and my wife. The dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff are top notch. Our favorite is Debbie, she always goes out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we are taken care of. I would recommend East Brainerd Family Dentistry to anyone!!!

My cleanings always went well. However at the beginning of the year I went to see them and was told I needed crowns. At the time I had no issues with my teeth, just older fillings. After a few issues I was given a temp crown which hurt the entire time I had it. Upon returning for the real crown to be installed the pain was excruciating. Two weeks after that and still in pain I returned and was told I now needed to go somewhere else to get root canals. It has now been 4 months and I still cannot chew on the right side of my mouth. It is not financially feasible for me to get root canals at the moment. I am no dentist and certainly cannot disagree with their diagnosis, I just felt it was handled poorly.  Long story short I feel like I paid $2k to be in pain. Just my opinion based on my experiences.
