Great experience!  Lucked into finding them cause they were triple a approved and they are within free tow distance.  I have been back 3 times since and they do great work.  They are also great about communicating with you during the process of their work.  You will always know what is wrong with your car in a timely manner and u will know quickly when car is ready.  Thanks for the great service!!

I brought the vehicle in because the low coolant level was coming on and after they looked it over it was determined that the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced.  About a week later East Hill Automotive called that the vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up.  I came over paid, picked up the vehicle drove  down the road and the same light came back on, took it back and the owner gave me some coolant to top it off and said “keep adding this and it will eventually stop once it fills all the lines up”.  There is a 2 year parts and labor warranty on the service. Long story short the light still comes on and they will not honor the warranty.  They advised me the leak was not coming from the water pump.  Got a second opinion and it is determined that the water pump is leaking.  I called to discuss the issues and the owner was very rude and ranting then hung up on me. Use this shop at your own risk.

Came and got a diagnostic on my car for a actuator that was acting up. That cost me 112 bucks for them to open my glove box to discover the problem! Then they wanted to charge almost another 200 to fix. So, I took my car back home and did some research. The part cost 20-30 bucks and takes about half hour to fix. They wanted to charge me a total of 295 dollars for a 30 dollar part. Needless to say, I wasted 112 bucks for them to open my glove box!!! I can't believe I almost let them rip me off twice bc I had another actuator 6 months ago that I paid close to 300 to fix. I suggest take your money else where bc that is completely unreasonable labor prices!!!

I undesrstand the diagnostic fee which was 112 bucks after taxes. I understand that it wasn't the same part that was previously fixed. I understand you're a business, which needs to make money, but to quote me 295 on something I did myself in a half hour with a part that cost 30 bucks is outrageous! I will not recommend anyone to your shop!

Brought my 2002 Chevy Avalanche in for a tune up.  It's purring like a kitten now. Very friendly and professional service.  I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for future automotive care.
