There's a new employee and he was the rudest to me. His name is Harold and I went to the front desk to check in and it turned out that I forgot my y card at home so usually the employee will just take a couple of seconds to look your name up and then your good but Harlod was the rudest person ever. I told him I forgot it at home and he wouldn't allow me to come work out. I tried telling him that this wasn't the first time I forgot my card and he yelled at me rudely and made me stand in a line to get a new card even though I already have one. Not only that I am a paying guests who deserves to be treated with respect. This location could've done better with the new staff members they hired. He didn't explain anything to me he had a nasty unwelcoming attitude.

This has been a great place for swim lessons for my 4 year old son. The kiddie pool for him to play in afterward is do much fun. The gym area for working out is small, cramped & overall unimpressive.
